Pimp your XChat!
Alright get your sunglasses ready! There are thirteen new XChat themes added.
All XChat themes can be used on Linux and Windows, the GTK themes can only be used on Linux.
The original blacktheme can also be found here.
Install
- Quit XChat.
- Move the colors.conf and pevents.conf files of your old theme to a temporary directory (you can find the conf files in XChat's data directory, see next.).
- Copy the colors.conf and pevents.conf files of your new theme inside XChat's data directory:
WINDOWS : C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\X-Chat 2\
VISTA : C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\X-Chat 2\
LINUX/UNIX: ~/.xchat2/ (/home/username/.xchat2).
- Restart XChat.
If you can't see certain characters use pevents.conf in B-Version which is in the zip file.
Tips
1.
To change the font and font size go to Settings -> Preferences -> Text box - Text Box Appearance - 'Font: --- Browse'.

To use textbox font and color(background color) for the channel and userlist
go to Settings -> Preferences -> User list - check 'Use the Text box font and colors' or type:
/set gui_ulist_style on

To use the inputbox and topicbar in textbox color
go to Settings -> Preferences -> Input box - check 'Use the text box font and colors' or type:
/set gui_input_style on

For small tabs/tree font go to Settings -> Preferences -> Channel switcher - check 'Smaller text' or type:
/set tab_small 1
or for extra small tabs/tree font type:
/set tab_small 2
5.
To set a color timestamp use the Ctrl keys for color e.g. Ctrl+K<colornumber> and copy and paste the codes into the time stamp format box,
